I cancelled Rakuten Mobile before. Am I eligible?
Yes. Past cancelers who re-subscribe through the referral link are fully eligible and counted.
When will I receive my Rakuten Points?
In installments from the 4th month after logging in via the referral link. Valid for 6 months. Not received? Call 0800-805-0805 (9:00–17:00, 365 days).
Can I combine this with other Rakuten Mobile campaigns?
Most campaigns can be combined, but some cannot. Check the official campaign page before applying.
